Welcome to the Room!

I am a single young woman bumping my way through life.  I have a lot of friends, prefer dogs to cats, love my family beyond all reason, and I love to help people.  I am one of those people who likes to talk.  I talk a lot and I talk loud.  I tell it like it is and if there is an elephant in the room, I will point it out.  I don't see what the big deal is.  People are so hush hush about certain things in life.  I'm all for having your privacy, but when your "privacy" actually turns into solitary confinement, that's where I draw the line.  We were created for community!

I started this blog for the purpose of providing a little reassurance in life.  You are not alone,  whatever the situation is.  There is someone in your boat going through the same exact things!  I plan to write about the elephant in the room.  I plan to say the things that no one else is saying because until we face our weakness and acknowledge we aren't alone in it, we will not be able to move on and discover God's awesome mission for our lives.
